Bronze Ball Valve
Product Description Ball valves are mainly used to cut or connect medium in the pipeline, and can also be used to regulate and control the fluid. The hard sealed V ball valve has a strong shear force between the V core and the metal valve seat of the hardfacing hard alloy. It is especially...
The evolution and working principle of the bronze ball valve evolved from the plug valve. The valve has the same action of rotating 90 degrees, except that the closing member is a ball, a circular through hole or a passage through the axis thereof, and the ball is rotated around the center line of the valve body to open and close a valve. The ratio of the spherical surface to the passage opening should be such that when the bronze sphere is rotated by 90 degrees, the spherical surface should be entirely present at the inlet and outlet, thereby cutting off the flow. The ball valve only needs to be rotated 90 degrees and a small turning torque to close tightly. The valve body cavity provides a small, straight-through flow path for the medium.
