The ball valve is a commonly used valve. It is named because the ball and rod pass through the axis of the flow channel. KOSEN Valves are designed manufactured to provide maximum service life and dependability. All ball valves are full ported and meet the design requirements of American Petroleum Institute Standard API 608&API 6D British standard BS5351 and generally conform to American Society of Mechanical engineers standard ASME B16.34 valves are available in a complete range of bady/bonnet materials and trims.
It has the advanteages of light, small size, reliable sealing, simple structure and convenient maintenance. Sealing surface and spherical surface are often closed, which is not easy to be eroded by the medium and widely used in various industries.

The valve has a float supported by two valve seats. Under moderate pressure, the ball itself can be displaced to press against the seat seal ring to ensure the seal at the outlet.
