For the use of seamless tube manufacturing tee, the current commonly used processes are hydraulic bulging and hot-pressing forming two. Hydraulic bulging of stainless steel tee is a forming process of compensated bulging branch pipe with metal material. The process is to use a special hydraulic press to inject liquid into the tube blank with the same diameter of the tee, and extrude the tube blank through two horizontal cylinders of the hydraulic press. The volume of the tube blank decreases after extrusion, and the liquid in the tube blank increases with the volume of the tube blank decreases. When the pressure required for the expansion of the stainless steel tee branch pipe is reached. When the force is applied, the metal material flows along the die cavity under the dual action of the liquid pressure in the side cylinder and the tube blank, and the branch pipe bulges out.
